Permission is granted to use Lumon for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lumon at any time.

You must not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Lumon
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Lumon, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

3. User Content

By using Lumon, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your achievements, daily logs, and other content
• Use your content to provide and improve our services
• Generate AI-powered insights and documents based on your data

You retain all ownership rights to your content. We will never share your personal achievements or data with third parties without your explicit consent.

• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Lumon is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

The Lumon service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lumon and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Lumon are provided on an “as is” basis. Lumon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Lumon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Lumon, even if Lumon has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
